DGND3700v2 with printer connected to USB after installing Windows 10

After installing Windows 10, printer will not print unless directly connected to laptop.  What is the solution?

What kind of printer? With a couple of HP All-In-Ones I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the printers after installing W10 to get the printers back.

The printer is a HP Deskjet F4440 all-in-one.

I wondered if I would have to reinstall the printer!!

After you do the reinstall check that all is well. Then restart and make sure the printer is still installed. If the printer disappears with a system restart I found that the service called "HP CUE DeviceDiscovery Service" somehow causes the printer to disappear. Just go into Services and disable this service and it should correct the problem of the printer disappearing on reboot.
