Nighthawk X4S D7800 All ports open
I ran ShieldsUp on my setup recently https://www.grc.com/shieldsup
And it reveals that every single port known to man is OPEN.
d7800 firmware version 1.0.1.16 (latest)
I have tried everything to secure the dam thing but nothing seems to work
What can I do? Need help please

All ports should be closed untill you open them if needed I am not sure why your tool is telling you that they are all open. Try this link and pick one of those ports and see if its still open

I tried that sight and any port I try replys with SUCCESS.
I have NAT set to secured. It is not by any means

I have the WAN options set to default. Which means it should block port scanning. Mine does not. I have toggled the option on/off to see if any difference and there is not. However the block ping option works as decribed. Just not the firewall. Does this mean the DOS protection not work either.

I would suggest contacting support they will be able to help troubleshoot the issue and replace the unit if needed if it is still under warranty.
