No matter what, ma NAT stays closed.

Hi everyone.
I have a NETGEAR router, and everything was fine until yesterday.
My ps4 suddenly said that there could be problems with chatting, and after an analysis, i found that i have a type 3 nat (closed).
First of all, i already knew when i installed my modem/router that i would have needed an open nat to play efficently, so i set everything to match at least thee type 2 NAT (moderate).
Everything was damn fine.

Now, that this happened, it doesnt matter which setting i edit. Nothing happens, it stays on 3 no matter that i set NAT open, disabled port scanning, disable SIP, upnp on or off... always closed NAT.

My network is nothing strange (dls cable -> modem/router -> ethernet -> ps4)

Can you help me please? i'm going nuts.

Hello Simon91

Here is a article about opening nat on consoles

Re: No matter what, ma NAT stays closed.

thank you for the answer, but my setup is not like the one described in the guide.
I just have a modem router (your Netgear DGN2200v4) that is simply connected to a dsl cable, and with PPPoE protocol is giving me internet.
Everything is attached directly to it (included the console, cabled).
It just won't open the ports. UPnP on/off, disabling nat filtering, port forwarding, dmz, i've tried everything.
What could it be?

Thanks...
