Poor speed in 5GHz mode D7000

I have a D7000 in 5GHz mode it show only 289Mbit/s instead of 1300Mbit/s.

Is there any possibility to solve it?

You should be able to click on the Mode setting under Wireless settings and change it to Up to 1300 Mbps.

That is the problem. The only option it shows is 289Mbit/s . I can't change it

OK. Changed the region to diffrent country, not Israel. It works
