Poor wireless performance
I've just installed this modem/router (lates firmware, v1.0.0.52) and while I have no issues with the Internet connection (SKY ADSL), wireless is incredibly slow on both 2.4 & 5 GHz. I've tried differnt channels, rebooting tens of times, but no luck. Also, I have a Synology NAS connected to the router, and if I connect my laptop to the router via cable, I am able to transfer files to the NAS at 30MB/s, but if I connect the laptop via wireless then the transfer rate is about 1-1.5 MB/s.
I really tried everything, also factory reset, but wireless apeeras not working properly.
Does anyone have the same problem ?
Tia.

Hello tarassippo
Have you tried lowering the transfer rate on the wireless?

Re: Poor wireless performance
Hello,
I tried all the solutions that tech support advised and at the end they replaced the appliance.
Now, I am not sure I will be using the device, so what to do in order to delete my Netgear account ?
Thanks.
