Readycloud on a preowned d7000 nighthawk
Hi
Is it possible to connect a d7000 to ready share if it's been pre owned? Just bought the d7000 second hand everything is working fine other than the ready share feature.
When I go the the ready share web portal the transcend hard drive is not found and I can't register the router on my account because it has been pre registered.
Is there a work around to this issue or will I not be able to connect to my hard drive away from my home network?

You'll have to get someone to connect your hardware to your account.
Do you known who sold you the device? Can they delete their registration?
You have a couple of options, try to find a local contact number (it may be well hidden) or send a private message to one of the Netgear moderators here.
If you are really lucky, someone like @DarrenM or @ChristineT will take pity on you and step in. Or send one of them a private message with your serial number.
