Support for Irish customers: unable to connect to the Internet
I bought my router modem today from a store in Dublin. The country/ISP provider setup options do not include Ireland. I contacted my ISP support but the support staff were unable to complete manual setup as some settings seemed to be inaccessible. They sugested I try the Netgear helpline. When I called the number for Ireland, there is a recorded message to say that the number is not working. I read the threads on this subject but I am not unable to log in to my router to search for firmware updates, to see if that resolves the problem. Can you please update the information on your website to give the correct number? I tried calling your corporate offices in Cork for guidance but these are closed until Monday. I need to work from my home office today and I cannot find an alternative number to call anywhere on the net.
