Need help port forwarding on Xbox Live (AC1200 model C6220)

I've been trying to port forward my AC1200 for Xbox (One) Live and I got really confused. I don't understand what the starting and end ports are and I don't know what to put in the internal IP address. I just need help to what boxes to fill in with.

A port-forwarding rule on this (modem+)router can apply to one port
number or to a range of (consecutive) port numbers.  According to:

      https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026770

there are seven port numbers to handle for Xbox Live, no two of which
are consecutive, so you'd appear to need seven rules, one for each port
number, with equal Starting and Ending ports in each rule.

The "Internal IP address" should be the LAN IP address of the Xbox.
If the Xbox gets its IP address using DHCP, then you can reserve an
address for it, to ensure that it always gets the same address as you
specify in the port-forwarding rules.

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "Specify the IP
Addresses That the Modem Router Assigns".
