BR500 Continually needs resetting
Good afternoon, I hope I am posting in the correct place.
I have a BR500 Router, GS308T Switch, WBC502, WAC510, WAC540 and WAC564 running through GS724T switch and various devices that are Hard Wired. Other than the switches, the network is Insight Managed. The network is running in a domestic and SoHo environment.
Suddenly about 2 or 3 months ago and now increasingly regularly, the WiFi network will just stop allowing access to the internet.
I can ping all devices connected to the network;
using the Maintenance Menu for all the Wireless Access Points, I can ping external addresses;
Insight shows that the WAP's are all connected to the internet
The only way to restore WiFi internet access is to reboot the router and then all is well, for a while anyway.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
