FVS318G only accepting landing page

FVS318G only accepting landing page
I can only login to monitor page. As soon as I try to navigate ogg that page it responds with can't login to anyother screen as it is admin is already login
Please help.

a. What version is your FVS318G? Is it v1 or v2? (v for version).
b. Are you the administrator of the FVS318G?
c. Have you tried to use other browsers like Firefox or Safari to access the web-GUI of the FVS318G?
d. Have you tried using other PC/s or laptop/s to access the web-GUI of the FVS318G?
e. Have you tried to reboot the FVS318G?

a. I have a FVS318G v1
b. I am the administrator
c. I'm using Mac computers and have tried both Chrome and Safari.
d. I am under the impression that this will only work from my Hard Wired Desktop. Is this not true?
e. Yes. Twice I have unplugged, waited 20 seconds or so and plugged back in. Both attempts unsucessful.

Hi vanmalt,
Based from your answers, it seems that a factory reset needs to be done on the FVS318Gv1 then reconfigure it from scratch.
