FVS336Gv2 Blocking outbound SMTP traffic on one of two WAN interfaces
Netgear FVS336gv2 has two ADSL connections.
WAN1 is connected to an ADSL modem in bridge mode, so the router authenticates and gets the WAN IP, 120.146.152.47
Wan2 is connected to an ADSL modem router which does the authentication, so the router get a private IP address, 10.1.1.3
I need all outbound SMTP traffic to go through WAN2.
I've set up Outboound rules in the Firewall section of the router, but SMTP traffic is randomly going out through both interfaces..
Please see the link below for a screenshot. What have I done wrong?

Re: FVS336Gv2 Blocking outbound SMTP traffic on one of two WAN interfaces
Hi richardbarlow,
Welcome to the community! 🙂
Let us isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. How did you know that SMTP traffic is randomly going out on both WAN ports? What test/s did you perform?
b. Have you configured Protocol Binding on WAN 2 port so that all SMTP traffic should go through it?
c. What is the current firmware version of the FVS336Gv2?
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
DaneA
