Windows 10 internal VPN client

I've found this article :

so I want to try on my SRX5308 but I don't see where I can put the VPN PSK.

Is there a way to make it compatible ?

I have never used L2TP VPN before (only SSL and IP SEC).

Which is the best secure ?
