GS748TR Factory Defaults not working

Hey,
i got two GS748TR switches which both don't want to factory reset.
Both are showing a green Power LED and the Fan LED is off, and on both switches there is one of three fans running. If i try to connect to http://192.168.0.239/ i get no response, with each switch being connected one at a time. Also my router (Vodafone Docsis 3.1) does not show any switch being connected, and a network scan with my computer doesn't either. Connecting to a GS728Tpv-2 does work without any problems.
So i tried to "Factory default" both switches, which does not work. I pushed the button for 10 seconds, than for 15 seconds, 30 seconds and even one Minute, but the switch didn't show any sign of doing something and i still cant reach them. The Reset Button which restarts the Switch workes completely fine.
I first thougt it might an hardware problem, but since it's the same with both switches at the same time i'm not really sure about that.
Is there anything i can do?

Start with just one of the two switches, follow https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GS7xxTR_FullManual.pdf suggesting to use the legacy SmartWizard Discovery utility, alternate make use of the NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool (NSDT) available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Keep in mind, in case it's showing the default LAN IP address 192.168.0.239 (default is DHCP most likely) your computer network adapter needs to be configured manually to an address like 192.168.0.123 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.0.1.
