Netgear-M4100 showing up as "Unknown" on DHCP server

I have a hundreds of devices on my network and the only one that shows up on DHCP as unknown is my netgear switch.

Under system Information I've given it a name and also under DNS configuration

I've even tried gving it a name to the ip address it keeps getting under dns host configuration - still shows as uknown

Hello,

I can't show it as it is now at the client but it was connected to a sonicwall with the latest firmware.   While setting up the test environment, it shows my Oppo blueray player, Sony TV, Sony media player, Apple Airport, Gigabyte network card, (can't remember what else).   The only thing that showed up as unknown was the netgear.
