ProSAFE 24 Port Smart Switch GS724Tv4 stopped working

Hello,
I own a ProSAFE 24 Port Gigabit Smart Switch (GS724Tv4) and two weeks ago, it stopped working. No light, no network.
I tried to use the chat support because it is registered and covered with a lifetime warranty, but I tried almost everyday since two weeks, at different hours, and I always got the message:
The chat queue is busy. Try again soon.
So I also tried a few times to submit a hardware support request, but always got the message:
somethingWentWrong'
I did not find any phone number or other way to contact the support.

Not a managed switch, just a smart switch.
