constant amber light on power indicator (m4300-52g poe)
had received an a M4300-52G POE switch with power light indicator is in a constant amber light . i understand there might have some issues regarding firmware boot up.
i cant get access to the switch thru web gui or thru OOB port .
tried reset button , pushed it for more than 10 seconds , still no response from the switch .
i dont know the ip add for the switch or sure about the OOB port ip .
tried to ping ip , no success
the rj45 ports not detecting a data plug in but it can power up an poe equipment (dante)
i cant access the dante equipment's since i cant get connected to the switch
tried replacing the psu fro another M4300-52G poe Switch, no luck too
left it running for 24hrs , still no responce
my questions are following :
1) is there a way for me to hard reset the switch back to factory settings ?
2) posible to reinstall the firmware with out reseting ?
3) any posible way for me to get connected to the switch ?

There is an USB port with a serial console, the USB Driver is available on the downloads for your switch model on https://www.netgear.com/support/
Suspect the boot loader corrupted. Better get in touch with the Netgear support via https://my.netgear.com in case they will replace the switch on warranty.
