Please build a simple script connected to a button in settings so that customers can DELETE ALL PHOTOS once they hit the "0 GB Cloud Storage Remaining" limit. Either that or simply start deleting the oldest photos stored in the cloud to make space for the new ones.
Your customers have been asking for this on this forum and all over the internet for years. Having to go through one by one through a multi-step process to delete photos is simply inexcusable customer experience design for a product this expensive. Especially, when the entire point of the product is to be able to continue to add photos to it.
If you need a customer to volunteer to write the code for you pro bono I am happy to do it.
