used meural canvas - already registered to unknown pre-owner - what now?
Hi folks,
I bought a canvas of a used goods seller online which is registered to an unknown previous owner. How to process with this frame to on one hand use it on my end - and on the other lock out the previous owner? It's there a way to de-register the previous owner? Thanks!

Hello Meuro,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you purchased a Meural Canvas for a online seller and would like to change the registration. However, the previous owner will need to deregister the device by doing the following:
- Navigate to mynetgear.com
- Then click "View Product"
- Now click "Unregister Product" (Located at the bottom of the screen under "Data Links")
Best,
Kevin
