Problem with Netgear Armor
I have a problem. My 2 year old AC1900 router failed. The Wifi will not activate, and I had to replace it with a router from my ISP. Now on my mobile devices, I can't access the setting to change the wifi b/c they are pin protected and it WILL NOT recognize the pin even though I know my pin. It simply doesn't respond and keeps giving me timeout for 'too many guesses'.
How can I remove it when it won't recognize the pin at all?
Please help.

Re: Problem with Netgear Armor
Hello Tori_B,
Do you currently have the NETGEAR router installed or are you using your ISP's router?

Re: Problem with Netgear Armor
The ISP's router is currently installed. I had to replace the Netgear router with the ISP's router. The Netgear AC1900 has stopped transmitting any wireless signal whatsoever (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz), so there's no way to use it other than connecting with a Cat5e cable. Unfortunately, my tablet (along with most tablets) does not have an RJ45 socket.
