How to change phone used for second authentication, when phone has been replaced ? It's the primary method for insight authentication, which can't be deleted or changed !?

Have you tried using a different verification method to get insight send a verification code to SMS or Email? If you can do this, after logging in you can add the new phone,

But of course, that's what has to be done, eg logging on with sms, cause the old phone is no longer available.
But the old phone remains primary, with no possibility to delete or change it...

Strange, but good news. Just tried it once again, and now changing phone was allowed. This time, my new phone was even suggested already !
