Lost Insight cloud connection this morning at around 5am UK time.
Is there a problem currently with the Insight Cloud Portal? My connection was terminated at around 5 am UK time today. If so, when will the service allow my GC752X to reconnect? If not, how do I manage to get my GC752X to connect again?

Observed an outage of the Insight cloud around 02:27...02:30 GMT (Site and Devices offline, back online around 02:30 GMT from Central Europe/Switzerland. This looks like a typical maintenance window.
Devices are typically reliable in re-establishing the connection for us.
