Removal from Insight Account

WAC 510, OS Vs: 8.2.1.16  . System hangs and connection to old administrator is lost. I need a fresh install like the original. please help me @DaneA or @Christian_R

Remove the device from Insight, then execute a factor reset by using the reset button as per the device user manual.
