Help, my RBK 50 does not have Parental Control option at all (on app or web settings)
Hi:
I have a RBK50 router (1 router with 1 satellite), but there's no parental control option available on the app or web based router settings. I subscribed Circle, still no parental control option. The parental control I'm talking about is specifically that I can set schedules for each of the devices at home, not just the on/off to each device manually. Appreciated your help.

Which app? iOS? Android?
Have you tried here:

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What mobile device are you using?

Hi, thank you for your reply.
Firmware: V2.7.4.24
Modem (connects to Netgear): Spectrum Router
Router: Netgear Orbi Router RBR50v2 (just realize it's not RBK?.. does it matter)
Have wired desktop (Window 10), android phone, Apple tablets/phones, wireless laptops at home.

Which one? Spectrum has supplied many different modems over the years.
Saying Spectrum is like saying "Ford" for a car.

Re: Help, my RBK 50 does not have Parental Control option at all (on app or web settings)
If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
Try option #2 first...
Also you might upgrade FW on the Orbi system as well:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-Wi-Fi-5-AC-and-Orbi-with/New-RBR50-RBS50-Firmware-Version-2-7-...
If you do, be sure to update the RBS first, then RBR lastly.
RBK is just the RBR and RBS in a Kit box.
