Hello - I was having issues with connectivity and had to reset my Nighthawk AX1800 router. I was able to get that issue fixed, however a new problem has presented itself. I have parental control profiles set up for various children's device. I suddenly can't make any changes, additions, removals, rename, etc to one profile. I tried deleting it and continues to say "unable to delete account." I can't even "pause" the profile. All other profiles are working correctly. Any ideas?
