Correcting CAX30 connectivity

Since trying to reconnect to the internet I can no longer access my nighthawk app. Using the reset and default password do not work. Any suggestions?

Can you access the modems web page with a wired PC and web browser?

What mobile device do you have the NH app installed on? 

 

What FW version is loaded on the CAX30? 

Other than the NH app not working, is the CAX30 working otherwise?

The devices I am trying to use the NightHawk app on are iPhones; a 7series and a 10 series.  Still can not enter the app with an admin password even after resetting the modem.

In answering your previous question, I do not know the which FW is in use but, the CAX30 has been back on line with Xfinity and working with multiple devices. Still not able to enter the Netgear app, Netgear Genie app or other Netgear websites
