Netgear Nighthawk APP for model AX5 AX3600 #RAX41 Won't let me log in!

I recently purchased a new phone and installed the Netgear Nighthawk app as I previously had it on my last phone. The app will not let me log in at all. I have tried changing my password, I have also been sent numerous codes from Netgear to verify it's me. And, I have tried to start a new account and they just tell me that they already have an account with that email already in their system. YUG, please help. I want to be able to use this app on my new phone.
