Nighthawk app doesn't show windows computer
I have the nighthawk app on my iphone. I have two windows surface laptops that have internet access, but they don't appear the devices list. How do i get them to show up? I also have a couple of unknown devices. How do i find out what they are?

Connected how? Wifi? Wired?
Which router/device with which firmware version?

These can be various devices on your network. One way to work out what they are is to find their MAC addresses and to search for the maker. Just use the first three bytes
Here, for example:

Re: Nighthawk app doesn't show windows computer
Router is R6700v2
Firmware 1.2.0.92
My laptops are all wireless and they DO work.
They just don’t show in the app
I’ve looked up some Mac addresses and I get: no known manufacturer
Thanks

That's odd, I have never seen anything do that.
