My app doesn’t let me connect with the QR code it says it’s connecting then doesn’t let me continue

If you're on ios make sure that icloud relay and private mac/ip address is disabled.

It is a known issue and NTGR had fixed it, will release the new version app after 8/3...

For now you can use either ways below to work around it.

1. Fresh install APP --> Sign in SSO --> Don’t kill the app and re-launch it --> QR code scan --> tap Continue button --> Can finished the install setup then go to the dashboard
2. Fresh install APP --> Sign in SSO --> Don’t kill the app and re-launch it --> Set up NH manually --> Can finished the install setup then go to the dashboard
