R9000 - MAC address filter applies to all devices, wired and wireless?
Hello,
At FW V1.0.3.10 version.
The following page,
https://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23289
(How do I configure Access Control or MAC Filtering on my router using the NETGEAR genie user interface?)
, there states following,
"By using the "Access Control" feature, it is possible to only allow a specified list of wireless devices to connect to the wireless network, and deny access to all or block other wireless devices, even if the users know the correct key or passphrase."
But what i'm seeing is that the mac filtering applies to not only wireless but also wired devices at the LAN ports.
Is that the expected behavior?
Is there way to have MAC filtering apply only to the wireless devices?
I understand the pro's and con's of using MAC filtering, but asking above questing to clarify my understanding of R9000.
Thanks much.

I left this out. The R9000 is running as an Access Point.
