iOS 11.1 Circle app un responsive

Hi there,

I've upgraded the bios on my R7000 to enable Circle (through the ios app).

The Disney Circle app on iOS does not progress past the screen which shows:

Your router is compatible!

Do you want to enable Circle on your Netgear router?

Option: Enable Circle

Option: No Thanks

When I click the option "Enable Circle", the screen shows a busy icon for half a second, then returns to the same screen.

I'm running iOS on Iphone 6 (iOS v11.1 Public beta 2)

If I log into the router via a web browser it shows circle enabled.

Please advise

Have you cleared the cache for web browser on your phone?

Before I do that, are you sure thats what you're suggesting?  (Clear the safari cache and see if that impacts the Circle App).

Hi @juicyfruits,

1. Have you tried using the app on a non-beta version of iOS?

2. You can try uninstalling and re-installing the app.

3. Please try using another iOS or Android device to check if the issue will persist.

Same issue here unfortunately. Annoying. Re-installing app doesn't help.

Disabling circle on router and rebooting iPhone did the trick for me !
