logging into app something went wrong, try again

Hello. I'm having trouble logging into the Nighthawk app. Whenever I try, I get an error message saying "Something went wrong, try again." I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Android phone. I even attempted to log in on two other phones and my iPad, but I keep getting the same error message. Additionally, I modified the MAC settings on my phone to use my phone's MAC address instead of allowing it to randomize, but that didn't solve the issue.
