2.4 g connection
I have a R7000 router that has 2.4g and 5g and I have a camera that is 2.4g, how can I set up this router to connect the camera?

You shouldn't have to do anything. The camera will connect to the 2.4 GHz because it can't connect to 5 GHz.
It might help if you explained why you ask the question. You are using a mobile device to connect this unnamed camera?
Ask whoever made the camera how they expect you to set it up in when you have both 2.4 GH and 5 GHz wifi.
Disabling Smart Connect can be helpful on the router on the routers web page.
Contact the cameras Mfr for help and support information regarding there product and how to connect it to a wifi signal.
