English for technical support
The signal level at a frequency of 5.2 GHz is very low and does not exceed the level of -80 dB already at a distance of 1-2 meters from the router in the line of sight without signal obstructions. This value is at 100% power.
Changing the signal level in the settings 25-50-75-100%
affects the magnitude and lowering the power leads to a decrease in the signal level.
Changing the transmission channel has almost no effect on the power level. The channels are not busy with other signals.
There are no problems with 2.4 GHz.
I don't see a signal from 60 GHz. It might be related to the surveillance equipment (dell xps 9500 and dell xps 9310)

Re: 5 GHz low signal x10 R9000
G9000? Not something that Netgear makes.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
