AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router. Printer not working. Did WiFi check. Security Key/Password FAIL

@I changed the password. Ran check again. FAIL on Security Key/Password. Tried to purchase an extended phone support contract. That was an impossible task. How can I contact support if I cannot purchase an extended warranty and my old one has expired?  Very disappointed in the inabiltiy to contact support in any way.

When you post there, include model. AC1900 is a speed. 

Are you able to hardwire into the router to access/use it?
