C7000v2 - Comcast download speed is fine, but upload speed is 0.0 - 0.12 mbps

Hello, 

Today I was in a call with some friends and everything was fine until I noticed I couldnt hear anyone and they couldnt hear me. I was not able to connect to any website for a couple seconds, but was able to reconnect to the call. I then ran a speedtest and got my usual download of about 400-500 mbps, but the upload was 0.0 and sometimes I got an error on the upload. I called my ISP and they will be sending a tech in a couple days, but would like to resolve this as soon as possible since of course this is happening during my break......

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be appreciated!

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs? 

That helps check signal level. 

you can also inspect your coax lines for splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators and remove them and try it. 

Check the line also for kinks, wear, bad/cheap/loose connections
