Can a WNR2000 router and CM400 modem be donated to a nonprofit organization?
I replaced the subject equipment. i want to know if i'm able to donate the old equipment to a nonprofit such as the AmVets or Goodwill so someone will be able to use it versus throwing it them in the garbage.

You can try. I'd factory reset the both before doing so.

Or keep them as a backup in case of failure on the new devices. I always have at least 1 backup of my router and modem.
