Can't log in my router with laptop
Hi, I am having a problem trying to log in into my router via my laptop with windows 10. I can log in with my iPad or iPhone using the IP address but when I want to log in with my laptop thru my wifi I can't. Do you know if I need to change something on windows10?
I think I found the problem. I unistalled Kaspersky and I was able to log in. I am reinstalling it right now, let see if that fix the problem.

Hi TitaCorrales,
Are you getting any error message when trying to access the UI?

What happens when you try?
Can the laptop see the wifi?

Are you running Kaspersky AV software?

Then try with wired connection. If it works. Try ping the router via wireless. Not working on wireless? The do ipconfig /all to see what's going on. Any AV program on your laptop running?

I tried wired connection and is the same
this is the message that appears:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESETI already check connection and is working, I can ping the router. The proxy is unchecked, I include google on the firewall, run windows network diagnostics and it said that there is no issues.I am using kaspersky AV- TitaCorralesAspirant

Hi TitaCorrales,
If you have Kaspersky Antivirus, you may try the KB below.
