Connected but no internet R7000P

Have been using this router for couple of years now, but other day had sporadic connection now nothing. Lights on router are lit and flashing, phones and computers say we’re connected but no internet.
Tried rebooting, off button and hard reset, used net gear genie (no luck)
Any help gratefully received!

Thanks sorry much for your reply!
Took the router back to Spark, turns out many of the ports stopped working. Had for 8months.
Have a brand new one.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
