I have been having this problem for the past couple of weeks. Thought it was just my internet provider, but that has been resolved. My firmware is up to date according to my Genie. First only the desktop computers were connecting. I did a reset and now the ipad minis can connect. My ipad 2 and Samsung Note 3 phone both show connection to the wifi, but can't get internet. Called tech support, but they want $$$ to help. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?
