Connecting to xfinity modum model R6080
I live in a 4 unit apartment house. Trying to setup my own wifi network with an xfinity wifi modem and this new netgear unit. I followed the setup instructions and get the network on my list of available networks. I can connect to it but has no internet. How do I get the wifi to transfer from the xfinity box to the netgear box?? tia
Well finially was able to use the nighthawk software and updated the firmware. Was able to connect to the netgear network so all seems ok for now. Thanks for your support.
