Devices won’t work nighthawk X4S AC2600

My devices will not connect to my Wi-Fi . I have unplugged, replugged and reset computer, router and modem multiple times. I have done a factory reset on the router as well.

NEED HELP!!!

    We are going to have to gather some more information.  Your X4S should be a Nighthawk model R7800.  Please confirm.

     

    What is the brand name and model number of the modem/ONT that is connected between your router and the internet?

     

    When you say "will not connect" do you mean you cannot see the SSID of your Wi-Fi?

     

    If you can see the SSID, what happens when you put in the password?

     

    Did you restart your network in the proper sequence?  Turn off your computer, pull the power cord on your router and modem.  Power up the modem first and give it plenty of time to connect and stabilize.  One of the last indicators to illuminate would be the one for internet access.  Plug in the Ethernet cord between your modem and router and power up the router.  Give it plenty of time to boot and stabilize.  One of the last indicators to illuminate is the one for internet access.  Power up your computer and check if you can see the Wi-FI SSID.  If yes, try to connect and enter the password.  Do you have access to the internet?
