Looking forward to use R7450 as a WiFi repeater/Extender. Please help?

Hello Everyone, I am looking forward to using the AC 2600 Wi-Fi router (R7450) as a Wi-Fi extender or repeater. I currently use an optical fiber connection connected to a GPON router, but it has a shallow coverage area. I am looking to extend the coverage but do not have an option to use an Ethernet Cable. Can I extend it using my Nighthawk router wirelessly? If yes, how should I go about it? I am looking forward to doing it wirelessly. Please help.

    Look at the user manual for help and information regarding this. 

     

    Also look at the routers WEB UI to see if there is Repeater or Extender mode seen under Advanced tab/Advanced Settings/Router mode. If you don't see either of these modes here, then the router doesn't support it.

      FURRYe38  - See 3 modes namely - Router Mode, AP Mode & Bridge Mode. No other modes I see here.

        As mentioned No repeater or extender mode supported on this model router.

        Find you a EX or EAX series wireless extender for your needs.
