Lost connection to R6900
Hello, Received email to download firmware update. Downloaded file and followed directions. Now I have no connection to internet.
How can I fix?

Power off the router and ISP modem for 1 minute then back ON with the modem first then router.

what modem/gateway do you have?
What firmware did you install?
What are the led's on it doing?
are you able to connect to the router over wifi/ethernet?

Modem: CM1200 (Firmware: 3.12.03)
Router: R6900v2 (Firmware: 1.2.00.8)
I havent installed anything yet. I'm pretty sure I updated when initially installed, as everything is current.
The LEDS are white except the Internet light, which is orange, and am unable to connect router to modem, but PC is able to connect to the modem without issue. Modem does not have wifi capability.
