My modem
I can not get in to the app it signs me in and kicks me off instantly. What is going on?

Apps don't support modems, unless they're gateways, and even then they're not very well supported.
Do you have a modem or a router or a combo modem-router (gateway)?
Like microchip8 says, what actual device do you have?
