NETGEAR X10 HT 160

Hi, I’ve noticed as a default and also as a option the HT 160 cannot be enabled as a feature, it’s greyed out as a option and cannot be selected.

Thanks in advance.

  • Thank you for your find I’ve had a read though, it looks like it’s not really currently supported as it should be quote;

    “For now, this is a very expensive setup, without much gain in Wi-Fi speeds. When 160MHz support matures, we can expect a maximum throughput (goodput) of about 1300 Mbps in real life. ”

    I guess NETGEAR have some work to do still unfortunately...

       I know nothing, but my Web search found:

          For 160MHz support - indeed there is no DFS channel support (North
          America) in current FW (1.0.1.36). Therefore, contiguous 160MHz
          bandwidth is not currently possible.  [...]
