NETGEAR ac1750 R6400V2 power solid amber, no internet connection
Netgear ac1750 R6400v2, one year old.
I woke up one morning to my router acting werid. It was switching between power light solid amber, to power light solid amber and all lan ports, 1 thru 4, lit white, then to power light solid amber, 5 GHz, both USB, and all lan lights lit white. I then returns to power light alone lit amber. I have not internet connection with router to acdess firmware. My mac does not see the router in WiFi options. and connecting to router with a network cable also shows no connection on my mac.
I have tried restarting by turning off power then back on, reseting by turning on and pushinig the reset button, and returning to factory settings by turning off, pushing and holding the reset button, turning back on while the reset button is pushed for 15 seconds. Each brought no change in the lighting routation. and no internet connection
I am at a loss as to what to do as I can not reset the router or access any firmware updates.
Any action steps to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

You might have a hardware failure. You can try recovering it via tftp or nmrpflash. Its worth a shot.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
