Need help changing/moving my account/email address over to a newer one
Hello,
I created my netgear account years ago using an old email address and would like to move my account over to the new email address/account if possible. I have looked through several forums and dont see really any resolution for this.

I believe you can change the email address by logging into the NG profile account and making changes there:

Or you'll need to contact NG support for account management help.

Unfortunately I don't see anywhere to update/change my email address going to https://accounts.netgear.com/. And I cant create a support ticket cause the support included with my router is expired.

I finally see the option now, not sure why it wasnt showing up previously, but now I have to delete the second account I created previously so I can change the email address. Is there a way to do this I dont see an option to delete your account?

I was able to log into the nighthawk/netgear app on my phone under the account/email address I want to delete and there is an option to delete account. I did that but I am still unable to change my email address it says email address already in use. However I just realized that didnt delete the account, how do I close this account so I can modify my old account with the new ones email address?

Registration for Anywhere Access is not always tied to the same email address as MyNetgear. Nor are they always locked to the same email address as this place.
