This worked. My public IP changed and I'm back on the website, so I was definitely blocked by the hosting service. Thank you for the input and GREAT TECHNICAL HELP!!!!

yes, use the mac address from any computer in your network. 'Cloning' an internal mac address to the WAN port on the router is accepted thing to do (modem 'thinks' you are then plugging that device into it).

Thanks Duckware! Very helpful!!! Just triple-checking - I assume cloning the laptop MAC will still allow any other devices or computers on the network to still go through the router and modem? Sorry if this is an ignorant question, but I'm not a network jock.
