The attached devices list on my router no longer has any devices. I am running the latest firmware version. I factory reset the router and devices displayed for about a week and went back to empty. This is preventing me from using QOS controls effectively among other things. Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tested on another web browser to see if any thing shows up?

Firefox isn't any different than chrome. Even on the home page it has a 0 (Zero) for number of attached devices.
