I have an R9000 that will not retain configuration if powered off. For example, if the electricity cuts, when I am unable to connect to the wifi, and I try to log into the gui, it's completely reset and awaiting config, security question selection and all - the Out of Box Experience is presented all anew. It will retain config so long as it remains powered but loses it every time once power is disconnected. Any tips are appreciated.
